Author’s rights
Pascal & Annie’s artistic creations are protected by copyright as original works in limited numbers of 8, with a guarantee of the number produced per model. The works are listed in a catalog raisonné as they are produced, and a certificate of authenticity is issued to the purchaser.
Any use of these collaborative creations (exploitation rights) requires prior authorization, whether for reproduction rights (books, press, posters, advertising etc….), representation rights (exhibitions in public places and others), audiovisual rights (broadcasting, cable satellite, video copying etc….) and all moral rights of the co-authors, which contribute to the reputation of each of the authors, to their renown and to the defense of their personality.
The artist, having taken the initiative for his creation, remains the owner of the copyright on his creation, within the meaning of French law. The rights of representation and reproduction of the works presented on the Pascal & Annie site belong to Pascal and Annie Leniau; joint authorization is required for any exploitation of these rights. Your rights on the creation purchased are thus limited to a right of private use, excluding any right of representation and reproduction.
The entire Pascal & Annie website is governed by international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations.
Likewise, the co-authors have the right to respect their work, without deterioration, modification or detour from its intended purpose. A non-destruction, non-distortion or any other deviant use of the creation with regard to the future owner of the work will be stipulated in the sales contract.
The certificate of authenticity is a guarantee of quality and authenticity for the potential buyer.
